As a Sales Engineer/Project Manager, I received/responded to customer quotation requests and performed initial design calculations for estimating purposes. Once the project was awarded, I coordinated with the customer(s), vendors and departments (Engineering, Accounting, Shop Fabrication, Field Construction, etc.) to provide a quality finished product while maintaining a strict project budget and schedule.
In my role of Design Engineer, I provided custom design calculation reports for ASME pressure vessels and API/AWWA/NFPA storage tanks in addition to providing technical assistance to customers. Other responsibilities included reviewing/approving fabrication drawings to ensure compliance with all applicable project specifications, and supervising the CBT Document Control department.
